Excellent Location, perfect house for families and spacious. Bathrooms extremely nice. All round fantastic house and facilities. The renovation they have done is incredible, looks like they have spared no expense. Great having two garage spaces. Two lounge areas. Big Kitchen and laundry was well kitted.
There was a fair bit of dog hair on the couches and couch pillows from the last guest we think. It did cause our family a fair bit of sinuses & allergies. (We were surprised that a guest would even LET their dogs on the furniture… this is crazy). If you are susceptible to allergies, just something to consider. Front yard was a bit unkept with weeds and overgrown slightly. Would look fantastic with a little trim/weeding.

The kitchen was a little tired and the bench tops and floor in dining/kitchen not overly clean, when the sun shone could see floor in places was super dusty and had been ‘missed’ in previous clean. Ice machine on fridge was not working but no biggie
