Saffire Seaside Serenity

it was a very clean air bnb, extremely pretty indeed. the gym and pool were exceptional while the pool was cold but not every pool has a heater and it was the middle of winter so also our fault. very close to everything even for walking distance.

it took us around 2-3 hours to get connected to the wifi and had to call someone approximately 4 times because the router wasn’t where we were told it was and had to have someone come in to help but couldn’t find it either until we got a solution couple hours later. other than that everything else was okay.

Nice views from the rooftop pool, unfortunately the pool was too cold to use, I think this may be because it had been raining prior. Garden area was nice for the kids to play. Good communication with hosts until we left and then they completely ignored us.

We are the type of family to get on with things and make do, but we tried to discuss a couple of issues privately with the hosts, however we were completely ignored. Considering the extreme rules put in place for cleaning, the apartment wasn't very clean. Under one of the beds was absolutely filthy, and one of the duvet covers had a large stain on it. The apartment didn't have any basic supplies. It was advertised as having limited supplies such as a couple of tea bags per guest, however, we were given one tea bag for 5 guests over 3 nights. Basic things like salt and pepper would be nice also. There was also a light outside the apartment which came on every 20 seconds and woke my daughter multiple times...very annoying!
