I liked how I could walk to the shops and the beach, and the beds were very comfortable. And also the apartment was way bigger than we expected. The kitchen was complete and the lounge room was spacious.
The toilet seat was off, the maintenance fellows have to fix that.

There was a hole in the wall in the hallway, the walls had dirt and hand prints on them- which gave me the impression that it had been properly cleaned. There were a few things that can be replaced, like rugs with holes on them and random mats that were placed in the entrance of the unit, I'm assuming that they are to cover up that fact the carpet need to be redone.

The beds were very comfortable. Instructions to access the property clear and concise. They also allowed a late check out which we were grateful for to accommodate an early sporting event, pop back, shower and vacate.
The property is older and showing obvious signs of wear and tear. Carpets desperately need replacing. There is no door between garage and staircase and we found a very large spider roaming the house! Holes in walls need repairing too. For the price we paid, I expected better quality.
