Sand Dollar 2 -Ocean Block

Location was great and we had a beautiful view of the ocean!

The property was nice. Overall we had a little bit of an issue with one of the toilets inside and the couch was definitely on its way out, but other than that, it was great.

One of the chairs was missing rubber feet and scratched the floor - the toilet in the main bathroom had already been jeri-rigged with a key ring and ceased to function altogether just before we left - the air vent in the hall and closet need a good cleaning (your guests are breathing that stuff) - couldn't get the ceiling fan in the living area to work - the microwave needs to be replaced - there were no coffee cups in the kitchen and there should at least be a broom available.

The place was very clean and felt very homey. It was equipped with everything we needed and the staff was so helpful! Cindy was able to answer all our questions and gave lots of options of places to eat and visit!

- It was close to the boardwalk which was very convenient. - The AC / fans worked well and kept the apartment very cool.

- The host messaged us the incorrect door code and we had to call to get the correct information to get inside. - There was already sand on the floors when we arrived, so seemed like it wasn’t cleaned (at least well) before we got there. - The chair in the living room area was broken / unusable and the springs in the couch / the frame in the middle were broken. - ANTS in the kitchen and in the bathroom that’s partly outside. - Thorns in the bunk beds. - The people who were in the unit upstairs definitely didn’t follow the quiet time hours outlined in the message from Host. They were yelling and playing LOUD music until 5AM. It woke us up in the middle of the night multiple times. - The toilets stopped flushing half way through our time there and we had to figure out how to get them to work ourselves.
