Super clean, comfy and great location. This place is huuuuuuuge! Comfy beds. Elevator is a big plus!

We couldnt find the office. We called the number on the email and was told not to worry because we had access to property. Got a text message the next day w the office address, several blocks away.

The key code that I received on email wasn’t the one set for the door. I have to call and stay on the cold for 30 min to get new code to work. I couldn’t get to the internet and I was relying on to as o am working that day. The SSID that was provided was wrong and I have to troubleshoot the issue my self for more than 1 hrs. After calling I was told to wait until the next day for the local to get me the correct user name and password. Waited on the next day and what they provided wasn’t correct either. After looking in to different cabinet I found white paper with user name and password for the internet. The local office told me that they gave wrong information on there system and they will update it. I visited ocean city many times I never had to go through this. Having front desk at the property will clear all that I went through.
