Very close to the beach

The location was perfect and the set up of the apartment was great.

Bathroom window shades were not cleaned well and some other things were not clean

I liked the big kitchen and counter space. The view from the terrace, where you can see the beach. I liked that the host had someone bring the towels and washcloths right away. The staff was very attentive. It was spacious for my family, convenient location and parking was available. Also, appreciated the functional washer and dryer.

If you could get another electric appliance (crockpot or electric skillet),the one was in bad condition. Scraped on the bottom. Pots and pans need replaced. There was a small saucepan that was in good condition. I'm sorry that some people do not take care of your kitchen tools, pots and pans and maybe even steal some of your items, but there are a few decent people who care, about being responsible. Maybe you can get an indoor lock for the outside bathroom in #3. Also, the food pantry smells like mildew.

Location was awesome

The deck and staircase needs to addressed ASAP! Not very safe or sturdy feeling. Water pressure in the shower was really low barely removed sand. Parking was not easy for a full size truck small car or van would be way easier
