Was not happy with housekeeping . Dishes and cookware were not clean. The master shower had not been cleaned. It had hair all over the shower walls. The vent in the back of the dryer was not connected. One of the drawers in the fridge was broken.

updated, fairly modern, lots of room, nice decor
it was not clean!! the cabinet that contained the trashcan was completely disgusting with old food droppings and smelled terribly. the sofa had food and lint so I can assume it wasn’t vacuumed. the coffee maker needed cleaned prior to using. the cleaning fee is really high so I at least expected it to be moderately clean, it was far from clean.
