I liked that there was so much space in the living area for family to gather . And kitchen well equipped .

The location was assessable to the boardwalk. The apartment was clean and spacious. You get a lot for your money.

The only thing I didn’t like is that there were no TV’s in the bedrooms.

The condo was very spacious and clean. Staff quickly reactive to any issues we had. The refrigerator was not working and they replaced it within 30 min. Beds were comfortable, enough dressers in each bedroom to store clothes, closets were sufficient. Kitchen was large. Washer and dryer full size, worked well. Balcony, although it faced the street was large and nice to sit on for morning coffee, afternoon breaks. Beach only 2 blocks away which was a short walk...beach on 10th St very clean and boardwalk was close as well. Bathrooms were very nice, big areas with plenty of towels to accommodate our number of guests. Showers were hot with adequate water pressure.

Only one parking spot on property which costs $10 per night. Any other vehicles had to find parking or pay $10 per night in garage 11 blocks away on 21st St. For a complete kitchen set up there was a lack of adequate forks and there was no toaster, called front desk and was told they do not provide toasters. Only one TV in main living space. No extra TVs in bedrooms. This didnt bother anyone in our party but may be an issue for other renters. These 3 minor issues didnt ruin our stay and the pros definitely outweighed the cons. Would definitely stay here again!

I liked the location.

The condo had bed bugs and my family scratched whole visit.
