Front garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Hot tub (private, by prior arrangement at cost). 1 dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country). Stabling for horses (at cost, payable directly to the owner). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: This property is accessed via a rough track and there is a fenced pond within the garden..
