Y Cwtch is a single-storey cottage on a smallholding in the countryside near Llanybydder. The cottage has a double room and a second room with a small double, as well as a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking, a cottage garden and shared use of the owner's garden too. This is a perfect base for a small family or couple to explore the diverse landscapes and perhaps enjoy watching the comic antics of the owners resident pygmy goat herd. Y Cwtch is in an area teeming with walks, as well as being well placed for enjoying the Cardigan coastline.

Note: Although set over the ground floor, this property has 2 small steps from the living area to one bedroom, and a further step from the utility to the bathroom and main bedroom.

Town: A small market town straddling the River Teifi, Llanybydder is a typical old Welsh town with a small selection of shops, including a Post Office, bakers and farmers co-operative, and a few pubs and eating places scattered throughout its streets. The countryside is perfect for walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers alike. The superb coastline of both is within 20 miles for great seaside days and coastal walks on the world-renowned coastal path.
