The unit has all brand-new furniture, with a brand-new queen bed and mattress. There is central A/C to stay cold in the summer's heat. Climb the grey circle stairway to your peaceful and relaxing beach house. Most people coming to visit the beach park past this house when visiting the beach.

The pros... Very cute apartment. Conveniently located just a couple blocks from the beach. Alot of shops and restaurants in walking distance. The owner did let us check in about 2 hours early since we arrived earlier than planned. Cons... Listing stated it sleeps 5. It only had 1 queen size bed and 2 couches which were not sleeper sofas. They had 2 pillows, 1 bed set and 1 spare comforter. We had 3 adult sisters so 2 people had to sleep on the couches which were not very comfortable as the pieces kept sliding apart from each other. Listing also stated it has 1&1/2 baths, a whirlpool/spa, and a hot tub. It only had 1 bathroom with a stand up shower-no bathtub and there was no hot tub anywhere. Kitchen had service for 4 and some pots pans and utensils. Freezer only had 1 shelf in it so all we could put in there was 1 bag of ice. No wifi password anywhere. We could have messaged the owner to get it but our cell service was sufficient enough and we didnt turn the tv on so we didnt really need wifi. No information on what to do with the trash at the end of our stay or if we were to recycle anything.

The property is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the beach and several great restaurants.However, the listing was not entirely accurate, as there were ongoing renovations that we were not informed about beforehand. Additionally, the front door had only a damaged screen (without glass), which raised safety concerns since it could have been easily unlocked from the outside. The sleeping arrangements were also not as expected—the mattress was quite smaller than expected, we believe it was a full size set on a queen-size frame. There was also only one TV, instead of the listed 2.That said, the host was very responsive and the location itself is truly wonderful.
