Reef Club 407 is located in Indian Rocks Beach. This lovely vacation rental unit has a lovely Gulf view! It was just completely redone with new tile throughout, new paint, a new kitchen, and new bedding. There is also new artwork on the walls. Amenities include secure internet access, a private full-size washer dryer, and covered parking. The complex is marvelous, very friendly, and family oriented. It has two elevators a shared hot tub, tennis courts, grills, and the largest pool on the beach!

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 4.
7 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Excellent stay at this condo, and the location is exceptional! Will definitely stay there again! Bathrooms could use a little updating but condo overall was great and has everything you could use or need

The condo was what we expected. Nice to have a remodeled kitchen. Think the owner should consider the bathrooms next. And definitely new pillows for the master bedroom. Prior to our arrival we asked it there was any hurricane damage. The reply was “you are good to go”. Upon arrival we immediately saw the entire pool/ patio area under repairs, and major landscape work going on all week. We even had to listen to jackhammers all day Sunday. I think there should have been more honesty from management.

This place is in such a great location and I have stayed at the Reef Club in the past. 407 needs to be throughly deep cleaned and new mattresses, bedding and new couch and loveseat.
