My family of 5 stayed here for one week. I read reviews on the beds being uncomfortable, but personally I slept better here than at home! Everyone has different tastes! It was spacious and clean! I didn’t mind the older decor…the furniture was comfy and thats all that mattered to us! They provided shampoo and conditioner and body wash in each bedroom. Towels galore! They have a closet filled with beach chairs and beach accessories, including a beach umbrella. They have plenty of dishes. My only request would be more bigger pots and pans. They have 1 big pot and 2 bigger pans. They provide dish soap and laundry pods. They didnt provide extra garbage bags. They have a grabage shute so not having garbage bags wasn’t that big of a deal. They could get a newer coffee pot…but the one they have works fine…just a little slower. Plenty of space and storage! You only get 1 parking spot. Any other vehicles have to park in the guest parking..which is at the same place. The pool and hot tub was great! But the ocean is much better and literally steps away! We will definitely be back! We had a great time!

This was a great place to stay. I read the reviews, both good and bad. If you're used to staying at the Ritz, then it's probably not for you. If you're a normal person with normal value and tastes, then it was superb place at a good value. The place was clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were easy. Super easy to get to the beach and lots of places to eat within an easy walking distance.

Property was great. Unit could use a little upkeep (toilet runs and balcony door very hard to open and close) but if you are there for the beach and view that doesn’t matter too much. Would have liked to have been granted permission to use a guest parking spot one night. Has two beach chairs and one small beach umbrella. If you want more beach gear you’ll have to bring it. Beach, pool, hot tub, pickleball court and activity area are awesome.
