Very clean and it had everything that we needed to have fun at the beach (wagon, umbrella and beach chairs). Great location with a partial view of the ocean. I would rent again for next vacation to Indian Rocks Beach area. Owner was very attentive and provided us with all of the information needed to arrive and checkout without any complications.

Perfect location with easy beach access! This place had everything we could possibly need for our stay! The beach gear was sooo nice! Would highly recommend and would love to stay again!
