This listing is for one private side of a waterfront duplex. Your entire 2BR/1BA suite—including your entrance, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathroom and laundry—is completely private. Outdoor amenities, including the hot tub, dock, waterfront seating, bar, grills, kayaks, paddleboards and games, are shared with guests staying in the neighboring suite.

This listing is for one completely private side of our waterfront duplex, sleeping up to 6 guests. You'll have your own private entrance, 2-bedroom/1-bath suite, full kitchen, living and dining spaces, and laundry. There are no shared indoor spaces between the two suites.
Outside, enjoy our waterfront amenities along the Intracoastal. The hot tub, dock, waterfront seating and bar, grills, kayaks, paddleboards, bikes and outdoor games are shared with guests staying in the neighboring Sunset Suite. Traveling with a larger group? You can book both sides of the duplex for up to 12 guests.

Wake up to beautiful bay views, sip coffee overlooking the water, fish from the dock, launch a kayak or paddleboard, or relax in the hot tub. When you're ready for the Gulf, the sugary sands of Indian Rocks Beach are just 3 blocks away—about a 5-minute walk.
We provide the beach gear so you don't have to pack it: beach wagons, zero-gravity beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers and a Bluetooth speaker.

Both bedrooms feature king-size memory-foam mattresses, Smart TVs and dedicated workspaces. The living-room sleeper sectional accommodates up to two additional guests.

Everything was clean and well cared for. The sunrise view was amazing. We plan to make this our new "go to" place to stay when in the area. We are already planning our next trip!

This place was amazing! We loved everything about it. It was so beautiful and was even better than the pictures. We have stayed at alot of vacation rentals, and I don't think we've ever stayed at one so well appointed and organized. They thought of everything even the little things to make our stay enjoyable and the location was perfect! Quiet and peaceful on the bay and directly across from the public beaches. We definitely want to stay here again. Also the level of ckeanliness was amazing

My husband myself and our 1 year old stayed here mid July. We had an excellent time, they thought of everything. They had all the beach equipment and toys. We loved being on the water , saw lots of wildlife and even a stingray. We loved the small town feel and how things were in walking distance. We will definitely be returning.

We just returned from a 6 night stay and we are still in awe at how amazing this property is. They literally thought of everything you could possibly need (and even things you didn't know you needed) and had it available in the home. We were greeted by dolphins one morning right under the dock, and found a ton of sand dollars when we went to the beach that was a short stroll away.
There is not one negative thing to say about this home. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, and there are more outdoor activities onsite than we had time to do during our stay.
I would stay here every time we visit the area. The home and hosts are amazing!
