Our 2nd-floor condo unit is cleaned and sanitized between stays. Additionally, we have environmentally-friendly bed covers that are changed and laundered with each reservation. All our beds have thin washable blankets/coverlets. We have multiple sets for each bed, and our housekeeper takes the just-used set home each week, washes/sanitizes them, and puts on a fresh set of covers for each reservation.

The view was beautiful, we enjoyed the sunsets!! Spring can be a little cool so we enjoyed the heated pool and the new grill area just completed. The unit has everything you need! Full kitchen to be able to cook meals and do some baking, plenty of beach towels and bath towels in the unit, beach items in the parking lot closet. Great location to be able to walk to dinner, shopping and ice cream. And the unit is decorated very beachie and fun. Would definitely recommend staying in this unit!

It was a very nice condo. Very well stocked, including the kitchen, bathrooms & bedrooms. The patio was comfortable with table, chairs & very comfortable couch. Of course the view of the ocean & sunsets were the best! Other than the hot tub being out of commission, everything was perfect. Thank you Jeannie & Evan for sharing your lovely home away from home with us

Great place to stay in IRB. Beautiful beach views and centrally located. Unit was comfortable and had everything we needed.

The best part of the condo is the location and the view of the beach. The pool was nicely heated, however it needed to be cleaned. In addition, the hot tub was not working and it looked like it had been broken for a while. The condo contained everything we required and has a large living space, however it’s very dated, decor, furniture, floors etc. The door into the condo is tricky to operate and took us a bit to figure it out. The de-humidifiers constantly needed emptying but I guess that’s expected when you’re located on the beach. Being a light sleeper it was difficult to sleep at night due to the noise of the de-humidifier as it’s loud. If you didn’t use it the room became stuffy. The information the owners shared with us prior to our visit was very helpful and they responded quickly to any questions we had.
