amazing

exceptional services and staff. I booked it last minute due to my ferry got cancelled. The best choice I made. I was not clouded by disruption of my trip due to ferry cancellation. otherwise I would never find out this gem on the island. The staff are amazing. Room is beautiful and clean. The bed is very comfortable. convenient location. I loved to stay there. People are very genuine too. the highlight of my whole trip!

A relaxing beachfront escape with amazing food, helpful staff, and unbeatable convenience. Just be prepared for a tricky

The location was absolutely perfect! It was right on the beachfront, so we could walk straight from our room to the water. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby and even a medium-sized grocery store just a 45-second walk away. Breakfast was included in our stay and exceeded expectations with generous portions and great quality. The staff was very helpful and offered great recommendations for things to do both on the island and on nearby islands. The room stayed quiet despite being close to others, and the air conditioning worked well once we figured it out. We also enjoyed having Amazon Prime already logged in on the TV. The cabanas on the beach were a great bonus. We could relax and order food without any minimum spend. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for a relaxing, food-filled beach getaway.

The Wi-Fi signal was too weak to use reliably, and the shower design, while visually nice, wasn’t very functional. The water tended to splash everywhere. It seemed like aesthetics were prioritized over practicality.

An amazing stay

Sadly because of a storm and the ferries couldn’t run we had to change our booking and only stay one night instead of 2 which the staff did for us even if they didn’t have to. The hotel was very clean , the staff adorable and breakfast was incredible.

Relaxing stay in Aliki

We had a wonderful stay at Kiano Suites! The suite was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade upon arrival. A special thank you to Manos and Georgia, who were incredibly helpful and hospitable.

One thing to note (though it wasn’t an issue for us) is that the reception and breakfast are located in a different building just a minute away, which some guests might find less convenient. Also, the only small thing we were missing was something to hang wet swimsuits and towels.

The hospitality was out of this world. We loved the view from our bedroom and the curated spaces, but the real outliers was the care the team put into making us feel at home, cared for, and well supported throughout our time there. We can't wait to be back

Perfect location, prime view!

Manos took time to set up a good itinerary for us, helped book a car, and served us well. All the staff were more than friendly and we felt at home and comfy. The view of accomodation and location is perfect. It was clean and stylishly decorated. We loved our stay.

The design of the room - the location with view of the beach - we got a spontaneous upgrade. Manos is a great host.

A hidden gem.

Firstly the location in this hidden gem of a seaside village was excellent. We loved it, 15 min by bus from the ferry. The warm welcome from both Esmerelda on reception & her super companion who brought us to our accommodation were top class. The room, bed & shower were super. The breakfast was excellent & served by a lovely waiter whom we met the previous night at a pizza restaurant. All in all this was a 10/10 rural & classy experience . We will be back. Thank u. A full experience to be remembered

Lovely property had everything you needed for comfortable stay. The shower pressure was great. The bed was super comfy. And very clean. But the best thing about this accomodation was Manos! He was fantastic and made all the difference to our experience and stay at Paros. He mapped out a brilliant itinerary for us from a full day from morning til night as we only had two nights there. It was incredible. We had arrived there from travelling 2.5 months already through Dubai, Uganda, Manchester, Croatia and we’d come across from Mykonos which we love, but someone said they thought we’d like Paros so we made the quick trip and we’re so incredibly glad we did because we experienced the BEST food in all our travelling. Authentic fresh and all made with love!! Thank you Manos for your awesome hospitality! You are such a great ambassador for Paros. We will be back.

The perfect stay in paros.

The perfect stay in Paros. The location, the people, the host, and the area around are perfect. Manos was the best host we could have hoped for. He was really kind and had a lot of ideas and tips of where to go etc. He was also very responsive, and helped arrange things wherever possible. The room was also amazing! The view was amazing - and someone came to clean it everyday. The location is also amazing. We had a great choice of restaurants right downstairs. Amazing food, and otherwise a very accessible as well. We rented a vehicle, which makes it easier.

Nothing! Everything was great! Maybe if you are traveling by car/ scooter - you have to park it in its sister hotel which is also just a 2 minute walk. So not really a problem.

We love that its by the beach, cooling, beautiful, clean, cozy and everything you can ever ask for in a holiday. My wife and I were here for our honeymoon and its the best accomodation we had in our whole trip. They had private parking to keep your car safe. They had the prettiest spot to have breakfast. The nicest properly overlooking the beach which is a perfect place to chill at night or sip on your coffee in the morning. Plenty of restaurants around and a very big thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Manos for treating us with so much hospitality. He will great us everyday with so much genuine kindness and prepare and big hearty breakfast with the freshest produce on the island and it was so delicious and filling we had to skip lunch. A big thank you to Manos and his family for providing such a good place to stay. 100000000/10 will return❤️

Amazing, highly recommend!

We stayed at the property, just before the start of the summer season, and while we saw room for improvement, we never expected the management of the property to go above and beyond in taking our comments seriously and making all the necessary changes. It’s very seldom a property actually uses feedback constructively and just based on the I am blown away by the management. Well done, and we will definitely be back, we loved the location and how central it was to us, we loved walking out and being right on a beach with a coffee shop and the park across the road was such a hit for the kids. The most gorgeous restaurants just down the road is super convenient, the rooms are also aesthetically pleasing. Really well done.

Anything i voiced myself on was dealt with swiftly, so there is nothing I didn’t like.

Picture perfect

A beautiful room overlooking the beach in a delightful little village. Great facilities, extremely comfortable and an amazing breakfast! The staff are an absolute delight. We plan to come back - it’s perfect.

The staff were great and friendly. But the facilities need better management in terms of consistency and quality control

The location was great, but at night when people were in toxicated you could hear them making a noise, an access control door at the bottom of the staircase would help this.

The security, the smell from one of the rooms made all the rooms smell bad, like sewerage. Not all rooms had the same amenities we had two rooms, one had a duvet and the other didn’t, which wasn’t great on a cold night, had my kids in one room 3 of them in two beds with only one duvet. Previous guests had smoked in the room and the room smelled of smoke, having the aircon on didn’t help. The smell didn’t leave the room. Stricter policies would help this. There were no smoking signs anywhere. So if you are a non smoker it is a problem.

Great beachside stay.

Beachfront position yet away from the hussle and bustle of main restaurants which is about 2 minute walk away. Quiet with soundproofed windows. Hospitality from staff was second to none - all very personalised. Offered breakfast for free as a bonus. Easter gifts. Wonderful to have a drink on the balcony and watch the world go by.

A nice place to stay in Aliki.

The staff is very friendly, the property is clean and very central. There's a little beach right in front and many restaurants. There was a babycat hiding in the building so I started feeding her and before I left I told them and now the owner took the cat to stay in her house.

The shower is right in front of the bed so if you're there with a friend and don't want to see them naked you have to go out while they shower:

Super séjour

Personnels aux petits soins et très accueillants. Emplacement parfait au bord de la plage avec une très belle vue mer, surclassement offert à l'arrivé. Très belle chambre avec un coin pour la coiffeuse qui est très agréable. Petit-déjeuner au menu appréciable, mention pour le yaourt grec qui est excellent.

Réception qui est 100m plus haut. Petit-déjeuner excellent mais en tant que français, il manquait de choix pour le sucré.

Lage direkt am Meer, das Frühstück wurde unter Olivenbäumen à la carte serviert und war wirklich sehr reichhaltig und gut. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt verlängert, weil es uns so gut gefallen hat. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel.

Personal extremadamente atento y cariñoso

El personal fue exquisito, tomaron muchísimo tiempo para hacernos un plan a medida para nuestra estancia y nuestros gustos. La habitación está en primera línea frente a una pequeña playa, con acceso a pie a restaurantes, supermercado y todo lo que se pueda necesitar.

La cama era un poco blanda y la habitación un poco pequeña. La ducha salpicaba media habitación y no había manera de tapar el hueco. Sin embargo les doy un diez porque esos pequeños inconvenientes quedaron compensados por todo lo bueno. Lo único es que si uno va a pasar más de un par de días recomendaría buscar una habitación más grande.

Buen establecimiento cerca del mar y tabernas

El personal muy amable, cerca del mar en un pueblo maravilloso con excelentes tabernas.

La verdad que es un poco ruidosa la zona, esta al lado de bares/restaurantes y desde la mañana hasta la tarde hay bastante ruido. Es lo unico ya que del resto esta muy bien.

Très jolie décoration, salle de bain top. Un accueil chaleureux et un petit déjeuner délicieux et copieux. La proximité immédiate de la mer avec un joli petit port et plage à la fois. Le coucher de soleil du balcon

Le petit balcon au dessus de la route avec de la circulation au petit matin. Calme ensuite dans la journée mais je privilégierais les chambres coté montagne plus à l’écart.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in diesem hübschen Fischerdorf

Die sehr freundliche und liebenswerte Art von Manos, Carmen und Team. Alle sehr kompetent. Wir haben sehr interessante Ausflugstipps erhalten und wurden ausführlich beraten, was man so alles unternehmen kann. Wir hatten die Unterkunft ohne Frühstück gebucht, es wurde aber von Acoya Residences grosszügigerweise offeriert, da es anfangs Saison war. Wir wurden sehr verwöhnt und haben es auch genossen. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür. .

Einzig man muss sich des Strassenlärm bewusst sein, vor allem Nachts (Ausgangsverkehr!) und am Wochenende.
