The room is great, very clean and comfortable. The building is located close to the Auditorium, reachable by a 15 min walk. It is also at a 15-20 min walk from Piazza del Popolo and from there everything is well connected by foot or by public transportation. At arrival, we could leave the luggage at the property, prior to check in, which was really nice.

Nice, modern room and facilities.
The cleanliness of the room was poor. When we arrived, the bin in the bathroom hadn't been emptied, the water in the coffee machine had scum floating in it, the handwash was empty and wasn't refilled during our stay. Other reviews mention the location is great. It wasn't in our view. It's a 20 minute walk to Piazza del Popolo and around 35 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain.
