The terrace was absolutely stunning, it was shared between another room but we didn’t have any issues. Would have preferred our own terrace for the junior suite but it wasn’t doable with the layout. It was immaculately clean, big bed and comfortable. Lots of keys for different doors which we had fun trying to get right everytime lol! The staff were absolutely lovely, the older lady who greeted us when we arrived was lovely however didn’t speak a word of English, it was difficult to communicate but we managed it and she couldn’t do more for us, you can tell she loves her guests! Edoardo was fantastic, he helped us order our taxi for leaving and even text to make sure it had arrived and if we had arrived back in the UK safely. Loved everything about it.
Nothing, it was perfect, only thing I would have liked was a private balcony but I understand due to room layout for the other room it wasn’t possible.
