We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, and their genuine hospitality really stood out, especially Lorenzo - I wish him all the best. And Wisdom was always happy to help with a smile. It’s the kind of service that makes a stay memorable. A big thank you to the entire team for making our experience so enjoyable. The à la carte breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with high-quality, organic ingredients and great attention to detail. What really stood out was the personalized service. The staff asked my mom exactly how many minutes she wanted her egg boiled, which made her very happy - because she can rarely find a boiled egg prepared exactly the way she likes it, so this small but thoughtful gesture made a big difference. What differentiates a good hotel from an average hotel is attention to detail.

The only area I would suggest for improvement is the lighting in the rooms. I understand and appreciate the overall concept and atmosphere of the hotel. However, it would be great to have a few additional lighting options available in the rooms themselves (common areas are fine), allowing guests to choose the level of brightness that suits them.

Slightly our of the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas, but close enough to walk to most of them, this hotel was well appropriated with nice beds, a huge shower, and a fantastic breakfast. Staff was very courteous and accommodating.

The place is too old, small rooms, I was surprised to know they considered to be a 5 star hotel, kind and friendly people
