We recently stayed at The Haven Hotel in Rome from February 12th to February 20th, and the experience truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel proved to be a genuine gem — elegant, welcoming, and impeccably managed.
The staff’s service was simply exceptional. In particular, Fátima, Karen, and the director stood out for their diligence, attentiveness, kindness, and genuine care. Every interaction reflected the highest level of professionalism, and we truly felt at home throughout our stay.
We would also like to make special mention of Salah, who handled our luggage with remarkable care and attention. His courtesy and professionalism were evident from the very first moment and added meaningfully to our overall experience.
The breakfast deserves special recognition. It was outstanding — beautifully presented and prepared with a level of quality and refinement comparable to that of a Michelin-starred restaurant.
Without hesitation, this was one of the finest hospitality experiences we have had in Rome.

very nicely situated on the edge of Rome city centre which meant everything was in walking distance but we were away from the hussle and bustle, and noise! Lovely helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Pretty on the outside and most of the staff was wonderful but one staff member was a mean. He yelled at us when we’re asking about the smoke in the hotel after the fire alarm went off. We had to evacuate.
The one person at the desk tried to tell us that there wasn’t a problem and it was safe to go back inside even though the hotel was filled with smoke. He kept screaming at us when we asked questions. It was nuts! This was at 3am.
