The hotel is small, but it provides a great sense of comfort and familiarity. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Particularly, Karen at the front desk was amazing in helping us in any way she could. People at the restaurant also were very nice and friendly. We really liked the hotel and will definitely try to come back.
The hotel is just a few minutes walk from Piazza del Popolo and Villa Borghese with lots of things to do and places to see. The area is very safe and relatively quiet given its location.
we stayed 4 nights and only on the second day the breakfast was a bit not as great as other days. It might be because of some issues in the kitchen but in any case, we were very happy with the breakfast overall.

Pretty on the outside and most of the staff was wonderful but one staff member was a mean. He yelled at us when we’re asking about the smoke in the hotel after the fire alarm went off. We had to evacuate.
The one person at the desk tried to tell us that there wasn’t a problem and it was safe to go back inside even though the hotel was filled with smoke. He kept screaming at us when we asked questions. It was nuts! This was at 3am.
