Apartamento bem amplo, duas suítes e mais um banheiro no corredor para o terceiro quarto. Cozinha bem equipada. Estacionamento amplo para todas as unidades, já que é afastado do centro e o ideal é ter carro, mas bem localizado para usar como ponto de partidapara as várias cidades da Toscana e próximo do centro de Siena para passeios durante o dia ou à noite. Tem uma mesa de apoio na varanda da entrada do apartamento que pode ser usada para as refeições ao ar livre.
Poderia ter uma máquina de lavar roupas.

Very quiet and serene—away from the crush and busyness of Siena, but still close enough for an easy drive to access all the nearby sites. Lovely farmhouse with helpful and attentive hosts. Easy parking. Very safe and secure.

Positiv hervorzuheben sind die Aussicht und die Lage – beides wirklich schön. Leider reicht das nicht aus, um die negativen Erfahrungen auszugleichen.
Das Laurel Apartment hat leider einige gravierende Mängel, die den Aufenthalt getrübt haben. Die Wohnung selbst ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Schon beim Check-in gab es Probleme: Ein Einzug zur gebuchten Uhrzeit war nicht möglich, da der Host nicht zu Hause war – so etwas sollte in einer professionellen Vermietung nicht vorkommen.
Die Küche ist alt ausgestattet und es fehlen grundlegende Dinge wie Spülmittel, frische Tücher und einige wichtige Utensilien. Auf Nachfrage nach Spülmittel hieß es lediglich, der Host habe keins – was bei einer Ferienwohnung schlicht unprofessionell ist. Während des Aufenthalts fiel der Strom mehrfach aus, Unterstützung oder eine schnelle Lösung gab es nicht.
Unangenehm war auch das Verhalten des Hosts: Schon nach kurzer Abwesenheit bekamen wir eine Nachricht, die Klimaanlage bitte nicht laufen zu lassen, wenn wir nicht im Haus sind. Bei dem Preis wirkt das schlicht geizig.
