337 Brockinton Marsh is a spacious End-Unit condo located across from the swimming pool. The condo has been totally renovated and completed in Jan 2024. This vacation destination has a spacious living area with hardwood floors, a wood burning fireplace, a wet bar, and french doors leading to the patio. The open floor plan connects to the dining room and a beautifully updated kitchen featuring quartz countertops, updated cabinets, pantry, and stainless appliances. Each bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom and several walk-in closets. There is one bedroom/bathroom on the main level and 2 bedrooms/baths upstairs. Beach chairs and towels are supplied. Brockinton Marsh is located centrally on St. Simons Island; located only minutes away from shopping, restaurants, the pier village, and the beach.

Convenient location. Quite area. No real complaint. Was too cold to use the pool but it looked nice. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
