About this house rental
We are conveniently located just minutes from the beautiful beaches and island resorts of St. Simons Island. With a thoughtfully designed floor plan, this newer construction three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath end-unit townhome is situated in the rear of the development, surrounded by lush green space for added privacy.
Unlike many similar rentals that squeeze eight or more guests in the same space by using a sleeper sofa, we limit occupancy to six adults to provide a more comfortable and relaxing stay. Our home is family-friendly, offering a welcoming and spacious environment for those traveling with children. As owners, we personally manage and use this property, ensuring it is maintained to the highest standards. To keep it in the best possible condition, we do not allow smoking or pets.
LATEST UPDATES! Enjoy brand-new furnishings on the porch lanai for 2025! We’ve also added a comfortable swivel recliner this year. In September 2023, we upgraded the sofa and replaced the king-size mattress in the second bedroom for a restful night’s sleep. Plus, we gave the second bathroom a fresh coat of paint. Along with these updates, we continue our commitment to meticulous upkeep, including regular paint touch-ups, decorating refreshes, and deep cleaning.

My husband and I enjoyed our 4-night getaway at this lovely townhome. The home was immaculately clean and well-stocked. It was nice that we didn't have to worry about bringing beach chairs and towels. We especially enjoyed the screen porch, comfortable bed, and the bicycles. Every place we wanted to go to was easily accessible from this location. Our hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!
