Brockinton Marsh on Demere Road is a quiet, woodsy community with winding trails for biking/walking. Access to community pool located 50 ft from front door. Within a mile to shops and restaurants. Biking distance to beach. Newly decorated & furnished, very spacious lovely two-level townhouse with three bedrooms, three full baths and modern kitchen. Large L-shape dining/living room has a large comfy sectional sofa unit and a large flat screen television. Large rear deck with new BBQ grill and table with chairs. Townhouse is equipped with everything you need - just like home. Fresh linens and toiletries provided for our guests, and sweets to welcome you! 1600 square feet. Free internet/WiFi available. Sorry NO PETS.

The condo was in a lovely area of Saint Simons. Nice walking paths, pool, and quick drive to restaurants, the village of SSI, grocery stores, golf and beaches. The condo has 3 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, full kitchen, dining and large family room. Great outdoor space for drinking coffee. The condo had everything and more that we needed to make meals. Also, nice to have beach chairs and blankets. I would highly recommend this property.

The condo was well furnished and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It was beautifully decorated and super comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Everything about our stay was wonderful... the house is spacious and perfectly appointed with anything you need. Love the location of the house, close to the beach but far enough to be in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Rich was an amazing host, he responded quickly to any questions and went above and beyond with his hospitality. I highly recommend this place, we will definitely be back!

Property is excellent, well furnished. Quiet neighborhood with short drive to beach and Mallery Street. Owner promptly responded whenever contacted and checked in with us several times to make sure all was well. Plan to return again and highly recommend.
