The spacious open-concept layout allows the kitchen, dining area, and living room to flow seamlessly together, making it ideal for families and groups gathering after a day at the beach. The living room features plenty of comfortable seating, a cozy gas log fireplace, and ceiling fans for added comfort and convenience. The dining table seats six comfortably, while the kitchen bar provides seating for two more, making mealtime and entertaining easy and enjoyable. Just off the living area, a screened-in balcony overlooks the tranquil lagoon, offering a peaceful spot to enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the evening.
The primary suite features a king bed, serene lagoon views, and a private en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. The guest accommodations include one bedroom with a queen bed and another with two twin beds, both sharing a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Ceiling fans throughout the condo help maintain a cool and comfortable environment year-round.
