Welcome to Brockinton Marsh, a stunning vacation condo combining coastal charm with modern comfort. With three bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, this home is perfect for families or groups. Two bedrooms feature king beds, and a third cozy bunk room has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. Every bathroom comes with a blow dryer.
The open-concept living and dining area offers a welcoming space for relaxing or entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen features a Keurig coffee maker with a starter supply of pods, while sliding doors open to a balcony overlooking the peaceful marsh.
Brockinton Marsh is centrally located on St. Simons Island, just minutes from beautiful beaches, award-winning restaurants, boutique shopping, and outdoor adventures. Enjoy golf, kayaking, dolphin tours, or simply take in the scenery from your balcony. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or adventure, this condo is the perfect home base for your island getaway.

It's super easy to complete on your phone! Really enjoyed our stay. The property was all it was cracked up to be, and our family has come to love SSI in prior visits, with this visit further solidifying our adoration. The location was outstanding for access to Massengale Park's public beach access, food - both in-town SSI and access to Sea Island, etc. We had one small hiccup with not being able to receive any communication from the host on the day of check-in, which caused some initial frustration. Upon context, it was for an understandable reason - though I believe the Hosted SSI team does include multiple people, so it would have been nice to receive a timely response from the team member who was not experiencing private matters.I want to emphasize that once the initial communication was sorted out, our stay was 5 stars throughout. Outstanding property and would recommend it to anyone.

Everything was excellent (except the weather lol. TS Debby tried to stop us but to no avail). Great attention to detail and all the amenities.
