- Fully renovated - everything new!
- 3 bed 2 baths (Primary = King, Guest Room = Bunk Beds Queen on Bottom and Twin on Top, Guest Room = Queen) with a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room
- Streaming TVs in living room and all three bedrooms and in the screened in porch
- High-speed wifi at 300mpbs 🛜
- Dedicated workspace with printer
- Drop coffee maker and Keurig ☕

- Screened in porch with seating/television
- Plastic cups/bowls for children's use. Pack n plays, high chairs and strollers can be rented for $15 each for your stay.

Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.
After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!
There is a $50 non-refundable processing fee that applies to all reservations.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood right off Frederica road. You are walking distance to Redfern Village which has several shops, restaurants and live music.
Other Things to Note:
For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $150 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.
Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.
Pets are not allowed. If pets are discovered to be at the property we will have to cancel your reservation without a refund and charge a $500 fine. Thank you for your understanding on this.

We had an excellent stay in Saint Simons and would absolutely come back. The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to do while still feeling relaxing and quiet. The place itself was very spacious, exceptionally clean, and offered a great value for the price. Everything was well kept and comfortable, and it was clear a lot of care went into the property. We truly loved every part of our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Nice home. Kitchen was well appointed. Plenty of games, books, and puzzles to keep a family busy. Easy drive to village pier and beach. Comfortable home for relaxing.

Fantastic stay! The House was exactly as advertised by the pictures! The location was ideal - very easy, and short drives to the beach, the Pier, and Redfern Village. The rental company checked in on us upon arrival, and we were given a contact name and number in case anything were to come up, or we needed something. Highly recommend! We'll definitely be back!
