Old Roost Farmhouse has four bedrooms including an emperor-size with a TV, a super-king-size, a king-size, and a twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom and a shower room. The living areas include a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher, a dining room, a sitting room with a Smart TV, and an external games room with a pool table and football table. Property also has a Wood burner, you must only use kiln dried wood. Outside, there is off-road parking available for 2 cars and an enclosed garden with a patio and furniture. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop and pub within 0.1 miles. Please note: This property has a Ring Doorbell in use. Please note: The garden does have right of access for the neighbour.
