De buurt is heel kalm en aangenaam, ik kwam met mijn fiets en die kon veilig staan in de tuin en alles was vlot te bereiken. Accommodatie is proper en alles is aanwezig. Ik kwam ook tijdens de hittegolf en binnen bleef het koel en merkte ik niets van de hitte.
De wijk ligt een beetje op een heuvel dus je zal altijd wat omhoog/omlaag moeten stappen. Maar je krijgt er wel mooie uitzichten voor terug.

Possibilité de stationner la voiture devant la maison dans la rue. Secteur calme.
Bruit des occupants du dessus le samedi soir et dans la nuit du samedi au dimanche. Micro-onde capricieux … Chauffage éteint à l’arrivée (tous les thermostats sur 0). Il faut donc attendre pas mal de temps avant d’avoir un peu de chaleur. Le radiateur électrique d’appoint est vieillot et pas très efficace. Appartement en sous-sol semi-enterré et sans luminosité extérieure.
