Forest View Shepherd hit had all the facilities that we required for our weekend. We initially had problems with the Wi-Fi but this was swiftly resolved with the support of the owner. We loved the quiet environment with the silence only broken by the sound of birds and the chickens and ducks near by. It was lovely and we will happily book again when we need to visit the area.

My husband stayed for a few days away and I visited with my daughter on the second day. The location is fantastic and the hosts couldn’t do enough for us, including letting my daughter bottle feed a lamb, pick apples and nothing was too much trouble. There are so many animals, which my daughter loved. We were also really impressed with the hut itself, well laid out, clean and comfortable, and the food supplied in the hut itself is everything you need. Location has easy access to shop, which is walkable or you can drive to the local village. Next time we will visit as couple to really enjoy the peace and tranquility. Hidden gem. Thank you!!
