·廚房調味用品及清潔用具比上次二月份入住的時候更加齊備。
·負責清潔的用心清潔及佈置浴巾裝飾睡床。
·地理位置優越，非常方便搭火車及在市中心購物，四通八達。
·設有書桌方便工作或學習。
·焗爐清潔。
·雖然房間窗簾並不是遮光布，但尚算舒適。
·煮食用具，所有平底鑊都殘舊不堪，上次入住時僅能用的鑊也損耗嚴重，我只勉強用了一次，是時候需要更換。
·只有兩隻叉，煮食不夠方便。
·微波爐有陣味，似乎上一手用完之後未有徹底清潔。
·房間有畫架下墜，需要重裝。
·廚房洗碗盆對出地板，嚴重撲起，地板似乎曾被水浸而老化翹起，容易撠腳，需要修葺地板或地氈遮蓋。
·浴室去水渠由於塞問題，容易水浸及外洩，建議設有布地毯在浴室玻璃門外。
·所有毛巾浴巾都感覺殘舊，需要更換。
·今次入住時感覺民宿比兩個月前，破損情況更嚴重，相信是個別租客未有善待民宿所致，房東未必徹底了解維修的迫切性，才致令民宿失修。

Jeremy is truly awesome. He's always available, and even though we had a train delay, we were able to stay longer. The apartment has everything you need. Coffee, tea, washing powder.
It's cold and needs cleaning.

The location is great as its near the train station, the bus station and close to the centre of Guildford. The apartment is airy with nice views and comfortable. The manager Jeremy was very helpful, I had left a couple of items behind and he delivered them to my son's house in Guildford.
