The property had a lovely location with view over a creek and only a short walk to the Lammas Field and River Wey. It was clean and had good large window/doors that allowed the apartment to cool quickly on the very warm evenings.
The mattress on the bed needs replacing. I would recommend this as an urgent priority. It was very uncomfortable.
A washing machine would be a welcome addition for long stays.
I know you can't do anything about the derelict site next door. I hope lots of birds move in to make it a feature.

Clean, well-appointed, quiet and comfortable.
The run-in to the area and some of the lobby decor looked a bit unpromising but the appartment itself was just as advertised.

Nice balcony area with view of the river

Safe parking
Detailed instructions from the owners prior to arrival, although key safe was difficult to locate at first.
The derelict building site to the front of the parking area was a bit off putting when you first arrive.
