My deserves special recognition for managing the garden, overseeing the pool, and supporting the security shift with remarkable dedication. From the very first booking message to the last day of our stay, the entire team delivered a seamless and welcoming experience. Ayu Karnina together with Made Yogi, Aris, and Putra created a spotless and comfortable atmosphere with their attentive housekeeping service. A special thank you to Ayu Karnina and the housekeeping team — Made Yogi, Aris, and Putra — who truly made us feel comfortable every single day. They are such a professional, warm, and well-coordinated team. Everything was always spotless, organized, and prepared with care. You can really feel that they work in great harmony together.
The managers were also incredibly supportive and helpful in every matter, always present and solution-oriented.
And a big appreciation to Hendra and Anggun from the reservation team — their fast and clear responses during the booking process made everything smooth and stress-free from the very beginning.
