I liked photos, but in reality I found everything old and damaged. The staff asked for cleaning every day.

Everything was old and damaged. Floods affected the property a lot but the stuff never confirms it. Believe me there were floods, I’ve seen video and as a result you can clearly see the damage from the water (photo is attached). Facility problem: No hair drier, iron, tea/coffee/sugar/salt/oil, literally nothing except water. Wardrobe smelled so bad, shelves have huge holes. Water problem: Once I came back home late at 10 pm, was asking for staff to bring me some water, but they never replied until 10 or 9 am the following day. I was thirsty and there was no way to get it. There was no staff at the place at night at all, and regular water from the cooler is not included (does not exist). Additional problem: I wanted to grab 1 bottle of water with myself (for example to the airport), they did not allow it because they rent bottles (2*0,33l). And for the bottle you have to pay 12K or something. It was really hard to get more water than half a litre per day. I informed them that it’s a horrific experience. Your guest cannot take water with themselves. They smiled so wide and told we are sorry. It’s very impolite: have a wide smile after I told it was a horrific experience to stay in your hotel. Cleaning problem: I slept on bedsheets with someone period and holes. Dirty couch, curtains, towels. Damage problem: Wardrobe, shelves, walls, pool (not a single person was sitting near it for my entire staying 11 days). Electricity problem: After I used my own hairdryer electricity stopped working. Light problem: It was not enough lite in the room, You feel always sleepy. Smell problem: The room smelled really really bad. Animal problem: Geckos were always walking in my room because the door had enough space around to let them in. Location problem: There is no road at all, you have to request a taxi all the time. Streets are super dark and scary either way dogs walking. Impossible to walk. Never recommend it. Please think twice if you want to stay here

The location is great with many eateries nearby and Grandlucky Supermarket within 25 min walking distance. The room is very spacious ; there is separate kitchen with cooking facilities ; I like the fact that this place has a big fridge; there is monthly rates for long term stay ; I highly recommend this place and I will book long stay at this place

Kitchen’s light is very dim; kitchen is very hot with no fan or AC; they do not provide any tissue for the room
