Had a very enjoyable stay. Met some beautiful fellow travellers and the staff were beautiful and friendly 🙏

The location was what I expected nice pool. Rooms ok.

Electric keeped going off. Which was annoying to start with. But when having a shower. It total darkness with wet floor is not good. Staff totally llieing. Saying it was the idea. Which it wasn't. As could see staff going into room 14. Behind reception to turn power back on. Then the banging started. Doing refurbishing room. All day by the pool. Not good.

Would stay again: modest but pleasant hotel

Unbeatable location: close enough to the beach to be considered beachfront but sufficiently removed to provide for a quiet relaxation. Walking distance to all the main streets of Seminyak. The staff was very kind and welcoming, and the value for money is great.

The double bed is literally two twin mattresses placed together so there is an uncomfortable division down the middle of the bed. There was a bit of an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom, but nothing too dramatic.

Just a little simple maintenance needed like the shower head in bathroom doesn't point down so you have to hold it. And the ladder into pool is very wobbly.... otherwise I would have given a 10

Nice and close to the beach

Nice and close to the beach, pool was good, staff are lovely. Rooms are dated but a good size.

The road was so busy! Too much road noise that doesn't stop (not the hotels fault) this brought my score down

Great stay overall!

AC was the strongest we had the entire trip, comfy bed, had all kinds of facilities like mini fridge and TV as well as a safe and kettle and water every day. Room was cleaned daily, pool was big and cool, food was good and staff was very nice and helpful. A few cafes right out front and beach and restaurants within short walking distance.

Nothing really, the bathroom was maybe a bit dated but spacious and totally fine for us.

The room I stayed in was right outside a street light that was broken and didn't stop blinking all night into my room. I felt like I was at rave all night. I had to stay in the Rave room for 3 nights before they could change me to another room. So no sleep for the first 3 nights.

It was quite pleasant

Breakfast was lovely staff were beautiful so attentive and very friendly

No working TV hot water ran out after a minute or two, a lot of mosquitoes in the room, bed wasn’t overly comfortable and they said there’d be a new TV but it never arrived. I cleaned the black mould from the shower and had to ask for it to be cleaned properly.

Good location and staff were lovely.

Dirty sheets blood stained and dirt. Uncomfortable bed. No hot water. Toilet leaked. Old and run down. Mouldy aircon unit that we had to take out and clean. Moved to another room but still the same conditions.

An older property but still very comfortable and clean. Very well placed only 2 min walk to the beach and only 12 min to Seminyak Square

The property was very quiet overnight. Staff were nice. The shower was hot. We were able To leave our bags at reception until we had to leave for our flight.

This hotel isn’t keeping up its maintenance or cleanliness. Our room fridge was filthy inside. The bed topper was dirty. The mattress join (for the king bed) had a very hard line and was uncomfortable. Our room smelt. The first lot of towels also smelt musty. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Initially we thought it was the toilet leaking. The staff said it was the shower, and made no attempt to fix it. They didn’t care. The outdoor toilet was disgusting and the outdoor shower was unusable. There were broken bricks around the pool. The pool ladder is wobbly and seemed dangerous to use. Our bathroom door was warped and isn’t close properly. Whilst the staff are nice the bare minimum seems to be done. For example they’ll empty the ask trays from the previous guest but won’t clean them. So you have a smelly dirty ashtray outside your room. Guests empty bottles and rubbish are left on tables around the pool for hours. Staff seem to be doing a lot of sitting and not much else. This hotel needs a good manager, clean and lots of maintenance. There is no Balinese feel to this place. We would not stay here again.

Great value for money

The staff were very friendly, pool was lovely and it was great to have a good massage place and great coffee just next door.

The street was very dark in places, so felt a little nervous walking home at night. Rooms were basic but adequate though you could hear the people in the next room, I think because of the interconnecting door

Once it is restored to it's former glory, it will be the ideal place to stay.

Hard to beat the old-school Balinese charm. Tucked away from the mayhem of the main strip, but an easy walk to everything. The beach was 100m away, with easy access. The pool was always available, clean and at a lovely temperature. The staff are awesome, always smiling and helpful. Onsite spa centre, great massages.

Definitely needs work on room cleanliness, which is happening as they get time and vacancies.

Great location, 5 minutes from the beach and 2 main streets but still so peaceful. Big rooms and big comfortable beds. Clean pool and sunbeds and massage parlour next door. Great value for money would book again.

Nice stay for price overall

Very close to the beach, staff was very nice and friendly, the Ac in the room was amazing, and they cleaned you room everyday restocking water and coffee for you :)

Our bathroom ran out of water constantly, we couldn’t flush one whole day, and stuff had to bring a bucket to fill up to flush toilet

It is not nice or anyway acceptable that RATs are running in premises. While having the breakfast at the pool, I saw rats just 5 meters away from me. One day, when collecting my room key from the reception, the receptionist opend the key cabinet and a rat came out from there and ran over my foot. The building is sourrounded a narrow street where mopeds, motocycles and cars drive from early morning until late evening. The horrible noice surrounds the rooms all of that time. The area it self is dirty and there are many abandoned buildings, streets are dark at night, cut electric cables hanging over the streets. Water was cut from my room three times during the week I stayed there. Paid for two week, but stayed half of the period as I felt not save beause of the rats.

Awesome. Really glad I picked this hotel.

Great value for money. It was a 3-minute walk to the beach and close to bars and restaurants. Quiet pool area. The pool was great. Lots of sun, and the water in the pool was spotless. The staff are very friendly and always smiling. I would definitely go back there.

It was totally overpriced. No restaurant or any even kettle to make a drink. The bathroom stunk of sewage and room was right on a busy alleyway so absolutely no sleep.

Room and bathroom was huge! Pool area is also a good size. We also had some seating outside our room which we loved. Staff were also very friendly and happy to help.
