Nice and close to the beach

Nice and close to the beach, pool was good, staff are lovely. Rooms are dated but a good size.

Great stay overall!

AC was the strongest we had the entire trip, comfy bed, had all kinds of facilities like mini fridge and TV as well as a safe and kettle and water every day. Room was cleaned daily, pool was big and cool, food was good and staff was very nice and helpful. A few cafes right out front and beach and restaurants within short walking distance.

Nothing really, the bathroom was maybe a bit dated but spacious and totally fine for us.

Super Nähe zum Strand, aber laut und teilweise renovierungsbedürftig

Die Nähe zum Strand ist super, es waren 4 Kissen im Bett (auch als Einzelbuchung), der Poolbereich ist ruhig und gut zum Entspannen.

Das Zimmer konnte man nur von innen absperren, der Safe war kaputt (ich bekam nach Rückfrage den Safe-Schlüssel), der Wasserdruck war teilweise sehr niedrig in der Dusche, das Wasser im Waschbecken lief nur langsam ab. Was am meisten gestört hat, war der Lärm der hupenden Roller/Autos bis spät in die Nacht. Mein Zimmer war zur Straße hin ausgerichtet, vllt. sind die Zimmer auf der anderen Seite ruhiger.

The room I stayed in was right outside a street light that was broken and didn't stop blinking all night into my room. I felt like I was at rave all night. I had to stay in the Rave room for 3 nights before they could change me to another room. So no sleep for the first 3 nights.

Breakfast was lovely staff were beautiful so attentive and very friendly

No working TV hot water ran out after a minute or two, a lot of mosquitoes in the room, bed wasn’t overly comfortable and they said there’d be a new TV but it never arrived. I cleaned the black mould from the shower and had to ask for it to be cleaned properly.

Dirty sheets blood stained and dirt. Uncomfortable bed. No hot water. Toilet leaked. Old and run down. Mouldy aircon unit that we had to take out and clean. Moved to another room but still the same conditions.

Prima basic uitvalsbasis voor paar dagen Seminyak

De ligging van het hotel, het vriendelijke personeel, de schone kamers en het zwembad maakte ons verblijft erg aangenaam. Het ontbijt is simpel maar smakelijk.

We schrokken een beetje van de staat waarin het hotel zich bevind, ook het geluid van de straat is goed hoorbaar in de kamers en gaat tot laat door. Als je hier doorheen kunt kijken is het een prima hotel voor een paar dagen.

The property was very quiet overnight. Staff were nice. The shower was hot. We were able To leave our bags at reception until we had to leave for our flight.

This hotel isn’t keeping up its maintenance or cleanliness. Our room fridge was filthy inside. The bed topper was dirty. The mattress join (for the king bed) had a very hard line and was uncomfortable. Our room smelt. The first lot of towels also smelt musty. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Initially we thought it was the toilet leaking. The staff said it was the shower, and made no attempt to fix it. They didn’t care. The outdoor toilet was disgusting and the outdoor shower was unusable. There were broken bricks around the pool. The pool ladder is wobbly and seemed dangerous to use. Our bathroom door was warped and isn’t close properly. Whilst the staff are nice the bare minimum seems to be done. For example they’ll empty the ask trays from the previous guest but won’t clean them. So you have a smelly dirty ashtray outside your room. Guests empty bottles and rubbish are left on tables around the pool for hours. Staff seem to be doing a lot of sitting and not much else. This hotel needs a good manager, clean and lots of maintenance. There is no Balinese feel to this place. We would not stay here again.

Het hotel was op loopafstand van het strand en het centrum. Ziet er mooi en idyllisch uit. Het was er gelukkig ook stil.

Wat is het druk in deze omgeving van Seminyak. De accommodatie was heel goed en stil maar vanwege de drukte zou ik hier niet meer naartoe gaan. Mocht je wel naar Seminyak willen gaan dan is dit een prima locatie.

Снаружи, все красиво, как на картинке. И сад и бассейн. Очень маленько, уютно.

Внутри. Может это был Балийский стиль. Но нет, поменял гостиницу на 10$ дороже, это было небе и земля. Из соседней стены в наш номер в ванной просачивалась вода, коричневые полотенца, тапочек нет. Очень тусклое освещение, какие то звуки, скрипы, в целом все как то напрягало.

Once it is restored to it's former glory, it will be the ideal place to stay.

Hard to beat the old-school Balinese charm. Tucked away from the mayhem of the main strip, but an easy walk to everything. The beach was 100m away, with easy access. The pool was always available, clean and at a lovely temperature. The staff are awesome, always smiling and helpful. Onsite spa centre, great massages.

Definitely needs work on room cleanliness, which is happening as they get time and vacancies.

It is not nice or anyway acceptable that RATs are running in premises. While having the breakfast at the pool, I saw rats just 5 meters away from me. One day, when collecting my room key from the reception, the receptionist opend the key cabinet and a rat came out from there and ran over my foot. The building is sourrounded a narrow street where mopeds, motocycles and cars drive from early morning until late evening. The horrible noice surrounds the rooms all of that time. The area it self is dirty and there are many abandoned buildings, streets are dark at night, cut electric cables hanging over the streets. Water was cut from my room three times during the week I stayed there. Paid for two week, but stayed half of the period as I felt not save beause of the rats.

In alle kamers hangt een zeer penetrante rioleringslucht, hetgeen niet verholpen kon worden. Wij huurden 6 kamers, beneden en boven en overal was hetzelfde probleem. De faciliteiten van de badkamers zijn verouderd en de waterdruk van de douche laat veel te wensen over. Tijdens ons verblijf heeft het personeel zich ingezet met de middelen die zij tot hun beschikking hadden. Het personeel valt niets te verwijten. Er zijn echter grotere reparaties nodig dan alleen een klusjesman die probeert met lapmiddelen verbeteringen aan te brengen. Ik zou sowieso adviseren om structureel overal geurmiddelen, zoals wierrook en interieurspray in te zetten totdat een grondige renovatie wordt ingezet. Het menu van het restaurant is zeer beperkt met een kleine fantasieloze kaart dat bovendien heel middelmatig wordt klaargemaakt. Met uitzondering van de Soto Ayam, was weinig echt smakelijk. Het ontbijt zeer minimaal, we aten daardoor telkens buiten de deur. Bovendien erg jammer dat de keuken al om 15.00 dicht gaat, waardoor je geen late afternoon snacks kunt bestellen. De accommodatie heeft nog steeds een perfecte locaties maar heeft liefde nodig.

De sfeer als je eenmaal door de tuin naar de kamer loopt is heel fijn. Het ziet er allemaal prachtig uit. Het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk. De lokatie is heerlijk rustig met lekkere koffie en een eethuisje pal naast het hotel. Je komt niets te kort

De receptie is de eerste indruk die je krijgt en is jammer genoeg nogal armzalig. Maar eenmaal binnen voelde ik me meteen thuis.

Great value for money. It was a 3-minute walk to the beach and close to bars and restaurants. Quiet pool area. The pool was great. Lots of sun, and the water in the pool was spotless. The staff are very friendly and always smiling. I would definitely go back there.
