Villa SanSam Seminyak

Great location to walk to eating places, the retail precinct, and the beach. Being at the end of a cul-de-sac meant it was very quiet. The nearby street the villa was on was a pretty busy and narrow one lane street that was a two-way road without proper footpath. It was a little hectic, but typical of most Bali streets. We felt safe where we were, the accommodation itself was amazing, with comfortable beds. The pool was fantastic and we spent a lot of time in it. Great for playing and games, the nine-year-old loved it, but don't expect to be doing laps. Service was great as well. You can easily contact (on Whatsapp) the housekeeper Ketut (who met us at check-in with cold juices) for any cleaning needs, and the manager Dean for any other questions you may have. Very comfortable, clean and tidy, everything you would need for a holiday accommodation.

The air-conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms seemed to struggle to keep the rooms cool. We had to use a fan as well in one of the rooms. The air-conditioners did cut the edge off the heat, but we still slept with only a light top sheet.

The villa was the perfect place for our family holiday. It was clean, comfortable, luxurious. Walking distance to the beach, markets, amazing restaurants. In a great area of Seminyak. I highly recommend. Thank you to Ketut for helping to make our stay so pleasant.

Perfect. Absolute luxury in a great location. The family loved it.

Not really anything to dislike. If I was being picky; a couple of the poolside chairs need replacing and the kitchen hob turns off sometimes while cooking (no danger, gas just cuts off).
