The staff were great, always very responsive to any requests
There were regular problems with the Wifi - the staff would fix it, only for it to stop working within 15 minutes.

Location, staff, comfort, cleanliness & spaciousness.
The toilets were generally sluggish - particularly in Villa 3. It did not flush most of the time and almost every day we needed the staff to come in and fix it. The stairs in Villa 1, 2 & 4 were VERY steep and unsafe with no outside railing.
