Great well priced and managed hotel

The hotel is a great budget hotel near the airport. The rooms are clean and overlook a nice pool and ground (plenty of hot water but you need to run the shower for a while to get it). Breakfast is good and included. The hotel management and staff are fabulous. We had 3 stays over a month in transit to Lombok and Sulawesi and organised luggage storage with the hotel prior at a reasonable price which was much appreciated. We will definitely stay again.

There is a bit of noise at night with people checking in and out.

Almost everything : - beware of stains on the sheets, check them upon arrival because (yes you read correctly) they will check your room and the sheets and won't hesitate to comme with them at the reception to ask if you did some stains (trying to get money from you of course), luckily I had read that in other comments so I checked but I missed one and the girl litterally came to the reception with the pillow! It was not me because I don't put make up but they tried... - room next to the reception > very noisy because employees start talking out loud at 6am - they refuse to give the room upon arrival (rooms were available) at 12 because it is written 2pm in the hotel policy > no felxibility - deposit has to be made for the key, and if you don't have any money yet, they keep your passport > I have never had that in any hotel I've been to - breakfast : you can have any type of eggs but fried, because it is not offered on the menu (but if you order an indonesian breakfast, it arrives with guess what, fried egg on top of it > again, no flexibility (what's the difference between cooking an omelette or fried eggs, especially if they are cooking them for the indonesian breakfast) - breakfast again : they forgot my breakfast on the 2d day sot I had to wait 30 minutes for it - very loud mosque next to the hotel (normally I check because I am a very light sleeper and this time I forgot), even with earplugs you'll be awaken at 5am

Cleaning should be improved but the location was convenient for one night.

The hotel is close to the airport which was a plus when travelling with small kids.

The shower was dirty and really needed a good scrubbing. The room itself was fine but needs better cleaning. Booked a transfer through them and asked for a van as we were a group of 7. The driver turned up at the airport in a big car but definitely not enough space to fit all of us as well as luggage. Ask for a bigger van for our transfer to Sanur then morning after and they confirmed this was possible. In the morning the same car showed up and we had to book a second car at our cost so we didn’t miss our boat transfer to Lembongan.

A nice stay within an easy walk to/from the airport

Nice comfortable room, with good air conditioning, tv with cable channels, nice shower and tasty Indonesian breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff and convenient location for a 10-15 minute walk to the airport. Would happily stay again.

The comfy bed, v friendly staff mostly, help buying a sim card, a member of staff arranged for someone to come to the hotel so I could buy it. Nice breakfast. Pool area and hotel very clean.nice area upstairs to sit in the sun with lovely plants etc.

The loud birds in the cages by the pool. Woke me up and it wasn't v relaxing when sitting by the pool.

A delightful small property in the bylanes near Bali airport and Kuta beach.

The hotel, derives its name from family elders, is walking distance from the airport and the Kuta beach. I walked almost 10 miles + every day while in Bali including the Beach Boardwalk. A great hot water bath was enough to be refreshed and the great beds were there welcoming to rest my tired but clean body. . Lunch and dinner has convenient options, mostly local food, right out of the lane opposite the hotel. A convenience store sells fruits and dry snacks <100m from the hotel and has juice and food outlets in its periphery. For breakfast, I had omelette and fresh homemade bread with butter and orange juice on all days. On a day that I was 45 min late than the time I had told them I would have breakfast due to a longer morning walk at the boardwalk, the breakfast was laid out on the designated lobby table and I was not denied for being late. It was delicious and the accompanying fresh cut fruits made it a great start to the day. On the previous day, I requested housekeeping to not clean the room as I wanted to rest and they complied with my request for an early cleaning the next day and I walked into a clean room after my long walk and breakfast. The room has a balcony overlooking the pool that I did not access during my stay but it does have a bean bag of sorts and I think some rods on one side to hang sweaty clothes to dry. Overall, a quant little property with a great bathroom and good beds to rest within proximity of airport, beach and food outlets.

A small property with less than 20 keys, no kettle in the room and an ac that cools the corridor before it does the guest bedside area. The first floor has no lift so you would need help from the staff if carrying something heavy. Breakfast, mine was included in the room, is prepared based out of few choices if informed a day in advance. I got a call on the 2nd day to confirm the time and the choice and had to inform them a day before for morning 3 and 4. Best to keep the volume down if with family or a partner as everything can be heard crystal clear late in the day. The property provides 2 small glass bottles of water per STAY, and has no water dispensers anywhere so buy your mineral water and coffee/tea elsewhere.

Great Stay at RakaAyu

Location near airport, only 800 meter away from domestik arrival gate. Everything works perfect, hot water, water pressure, fast wifi, cold ac. It was really nice stay at RakaAyu Kuta.

The floor looks like mopped with minimal effort, or maybe it just the type of the ceramic tile that makes floor look like not being mopped.

Amazingly relaxing after a long tiring trip

I loved this nice and cool hotel accommodation, walking distance from the Airport. The look is fantastic, the room was clean and quiet, with a beautiful view of the large and clean swimming pool, which can be accessed directly from the room, and of the lovely Asian garden. I liked the breakfast choice and the fast internet connection. The staff was incredibly kind and supportive. Everything in this place contributed to a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Thank you! ☺️🙏

Good proximity to the airport! The girl who served breakfast was very pleasant in the morning :-)

Our check in was handled badly and we witnessed a queue build up for other guests also which was handled badly without any apology. We were woken up at 5-6am by the cleaning staff in both rooms either side of us, they were talking loudly and laughing, banging doors, it was shocking behaviour for that time of the morning and it was from the actual staff too!!

Location near airport very good. Grounds and pool well kept. Staff on the ball with taxi booked early next morning and take away snack for breakfast.Reviews mentioned Hotel was only 10 minute walk from airport but for a cooler trip especially with luggage a Bluebird taxi AUD $4 takes some beating.

We needed a hotel that is close to the airport and the choice was right. We walked for about 10 minutes, which suited us very well. Since we had an early flight, they prepared delicious snacks for us instead of breakfast. All praises for the hospitality.

It is located main area. Rooms are well ventilated. Cleanness is there but staff forget something everyday and we need to remind them. Drinking water supply was not adequate. Bathroom were not very cleaned.No mirror in room , so difficult for dressing.Breakfast menu were limited and boring.

Room was clean, only 10 minutes walk to the airport which is ideal if you fly out early.

Bathroom was a bit smelly and walls are super thin, I could hear the neighbors all night. You have to pay 100k deposit for the key.
