Excellent pool, good location for shops and amenities, mostly well maintained property, clean, quite location

Low quality kitchen units (a cupboard shelf collapsed) which caused damage to crockery and slightly injuring my wife. This was adequately repaired but clearly has happened a few times before. Air con could not be turned on or off. One unit provided warm air at night. Another unit provided very cold air at night in a bedroom. Only 2 remotes for 3 units neither worked. TV was not required but remotes had no working batteries. Refuse collection very complicated and not really appropriate for a holiday let. Not possible to dispose of waste on final day.

Poor kitchen utensils, no chopping boards Tiny Dishwasher on work top that doesnt fit plates inside Kettle spills every where other than in the cup Fridge behind main door in to kitchen with door opening the opposite way so no room to get to fridge Alarm goes off randomly throughout the night and early hours of the morning. Fuse board trips out all the time. No aircon in the kitchen, dinning room or living room Hot Shower pipes leaked Pool tiles very slippery
