The location was great, a short walk to several different beaches and the marina. Plenty of shops for groceries as well as gift shops right on the doorstep. It was quiet and spacious, aircon in every room. Massive roof terrace which was lovely for breakfast in the morning.
Some local information would have been good, for example a simple map so we could work out which way to find the marina and the different beaches. Also would have been good to know a local taxi number and where the taxi rank was.

The accommodation is very well situated in Cala D'Or with a convenient parking lot not too far from the apartment. The air-conditioning worked very well, and it was really nice to have a private terrace with plenty of space and comfortable seating. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped for basic dishes. Thank-you to the host who also left us two anti-mosquito diffusers which we made use of! Great pool with outdoor shower to rinse yourself off before + after a swim.
It was mentioned in other reviews already but the Wifi is un-useable (which also makes the TV un-useable unless you want local TV. There is also no DVD player in case you were hoping for analog refuge). The coffee maker in the kitchen takes about 2 hours to make coffee (I'd recommend replacing this). Both of these issues were a bit negligible for us as we were out a lot enjoying the sun and warmth.
One issue which was unfortunate is that there was a beheaded pigeon in the garden. We raised to the host to clear but it still wasn't removed by the gardener after more days.

Location quiet but near beaches and restaurants
Furniture and fittings dated and worn.Patio furniture and umbrellas broken.Shower clogged with sand on arrival and no response from given contact e mail or phone...flooded bathroom and hallway.Cheap crockery and very small kitchen space.No pillow case on one pillow .no blankets or covers on 2 thin duvets provided.
Plate glass door to roof terrace and big gaps on banisters by Juliette balcony unsafe for young children .
