Porslin, knivar osv var lite dåligt anpassat för 6 personer. Poolen var smutsig.

The villa itself was great for families and close by to everything. It had everything we needed.

I never normally write anything negative about our stay but the people that manage this villa were nothing short of terrible and made us feel nothing short of inconvenient. Prior to arrival I sent a number or emails regarding a cot and got no response as well as an enquiry about a late check out. 5 days before arrival I then had an email asking for deposit money, still no response to any of my emails. I then had to ring the office to make the payment, the system apparently went down with all our details so we were expected to print paperwork and submit all the information again. We were told they wouldn’t release any information until this was done. We had a baby and check out was 10am. We politely asked a number of times if we could pay to extend even by an hour and got no response up until the last day where the company said the owners said no. On the day of departure we left our luggage at the office and on leaving for the airport, an office worker asked us how long we would be waiting in the air co customer office with a baby before leaving. To the point we left the office as we felt so uncomfortable. The final straw was the taxi driver the company arranged for us on FaceTime all the way to the airport whilst we had a baby in the car. Overall the villa really was great but the people who manage made things really difficult and were not pleasant with their customer service.
