Apartamento Ferrera Park 507

The view is amazing, amazing, amazing! The location is great. Gorgeous turquoise waters. We enjoyed swimming from the cliffs on the property, where surprisingly few people were hanging around. Absolutely lovely experience. Three good sized bedrooms. Having two bathrooms is a huge plus. The laundry machine in unit is also super helpful. We enjoy having a kitchen when traveling, being able to cook and eat when we please. The plantings are nice and lush. Really well maintained. Three beaches within walking distance. Restaurants and grocery stores as well. Overall great value for the money. Overall- we LOVED our stay here.

It was definitely more run down than the pictures showed. One toilet seat was partially broken and the furniture showed wear and tear. I think this is reflected in the price and so we felt it was acceptable because of that. There’s no dishwasher, which is fine. However we ended up washing a set of everything we were using before first use as the people who had stayed there before us had left dishes poorly cleaned. Once we had done that, we had a better experience of the place. Net, net it’s good value for the money. We would definitely stay there again.
