Fabulous centrally located very comfortable apartment
Location was perfect, apartment was big and airy. Very comfortable accommodation had everything we needed.
No lift meant 4 flights of stairs each day. Sometimes this can be difficult with luggage. This is our own fault for not checking prior to booking.

Lovely, comfortable stay.
Lovely apartment in a perfect central location close to all the main sights in Lucca and also close to low cost parking areas just outside the city wall. The apartment itself is bright, spacious, well equipped, very nicely decorated and has comfortable furnishings. We would definitely book it again if we returned to Lucca.
The access instructions would be better if they mentioned that the entrance to No14 on the back of the building/behind the piazza by a church, and that the internal doors are the only ones with brass knobs. The instructions we received by e-mail said that there was a photo attached to identify the apartment but there was no attachment.

Wonderful flat in great location.
Great location, extremely well appointed and spotlessly clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly, all on all perfect for us all.
Only one set of Keys made going home separately a challenge.

Great stay in an elegant, comfortable and convenient apartment
lovely immaculate nicely decorated apartment with large rooms and a nice balcony overlooking the piazza. Great location yet quiet. Staff (Fabiana) was very helpful. We didnt want to leave!
