A spacious, clean, comfortable apartment

The apartment is very well located, with lift, close to the city centre and well connected by public transport, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment overall was very warm, which was appreciated as we stayed in December. Free on-street parking was available close to the building.

Although check-in was scheduled for 3:00 pm, when we arrived at 4:00 pm the apartment was still being cleaned, and we were only able to enter almost an hour later after waiting on the communal stairs. Upon entering, the apartment did not feel properly cleaned, especially the floors, which were dusty. We had to use the vacuum cleaner provided, which appeared clogged and not recently used. Additionally, there was a water leak from the bottom of the shower enclosure, and visible mould above the tiles, with early signs of fungal growth inside the shower area, which raises concerns about hygiene and health. The Wi-Fi connection was also very slow, averaging below 10 Mbps, which made streaming difficult.
