It looks much better on the pictures. No coffee machine (as on the picture). The electric boiling kettle doesn’t work. No gas lighter for the cooker - you need to buy one if you want to use it. The gas boiler is noisy during the night. Checking after 9 pm is being charged - we have been told that on the day of our arrival. There is no need of key hand-over at check-in, the door of the building can be opened with a code, the apartment door can be opened through a link sent to the mobile phone, along with house rules and instructions, which is great, but then I don’t understand why we first had to go to an office, then we didn’t have to, but someone was nervously waiting for us in front of the building to accommodate us which wasn’t really necessary with all those links with explanations. Why is this needed if everything can be arranged electronically? Ah, wait, to make sure the city tax payment is done upon arrival. The cleaning guy came before the check -out hour and started collecting the sheets. I believe he could wait 3 min until we leave the apartment. Never had such check-in and check -out experience before.

The apartment didn't match the photo, the sofa was broken, and the three of us had to sleep on the bed, there were cockroaches in the apartment, and when we entered, the heating was turned on maximum, which made it impossible to stay in, also the doors were often closed, which we were told would always be open, so we had to wait for one of the residents to come out
