It’s not super clean, we found 2 cockroach and that is not a good sign.

La situación cerca del metro. También el hecho de que hay un carrefour 24 horas muy cerca del apartamento. Hay varios restaurantes, aunque caros en los alrededores. El barrio es tranquilo y no hay ruido en exceso. Conserja amable.
Una de las camas estaba hundida. Las sartenes defectuosas y sucias (negro de quemado y el mango estaba suelto, imposible utilizarla). Había suciedad en el apartamento y la limpieza en general dejaba mucho que desear. También la vajilla, tanto platos como cubiertos, a parte de escasos, sucios. Poca presión de agua en la ducha e limpia como elr esto del apartamento. Si no pagas las tasas municipales antes, no te pasan el código de la puerta principal. Aunque tengo que decir que la ayuda de la persona que me atendió por teléfono en la oficina (que está en el quinto pino) fue amable.
