Zdecydowanie wyjątkowo niska cena jak na warunki w Mediolanie – rewelacyjny stosunek jakości do ceny. Dodatkowo niedaleko znajduje się stacja metra, co ułatwia poruszanie się po mieście, a w miarę w pobliżu jest też duży market spożywczy, gdzie można zrobić codzienne zakupy. Sam apartament jest przestronny i komfortowy.
Zdecydowanie najbardziej przeszkadzał brak klimatyzacji, szczególnie podczas cieplejszych dni. Dodatkowo, jeśli chodzi o wyposażenie kuchni, na pewno przydałaby się jeszcze kuchenka mikrofalowa, która ułatwiłaby szybkie podgrzewanie posiłków.

Schlüssel Übergabe war teils okay…. besser wäre näher beim BH (mit den vielen Koffer in den Bus zum Büro und wieder zurück, wirklich etwas unangenehm) besser direkt um dem Bahnhof herum max. 5 -7 min. zu fuss !!!
Ich habe geschrieben was ich brauche, null Reaktion, sehr schlecht. Zuwenig Stühle !!!! Einer war defekt auf dem Balkon!!!! Abwaschmachine funktioniert nicht !!! Lage war okay… Nachbar sehr laut der TV, konnte nicht so gut schlafen. Dann teils wieder sehr ruhig. Der Hausabwart von Peru ist super nett !!!
