I Host Apartment - Breno 1

Die Bilder entsprechen aufjedenfall der Unterkunft. Sehr ruhige Lage. Der Bus ist in 3 Minuten und die Metro in 6 Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt einen 24h Supermarkt auch direkt in 6 Minuten entfernt. Die zimmer sind hell und angenehm

Teilweise war die Sauberkeit überschaubar, in eim paar Ecken war bereits schimmel. Wir hätten gerne noch ein bild von außen gehabt das nicht im Weitwinkel von dem ganzen Gebäude gemacht wurde. Es ist direkt an der Straße im Erdgeschoss und erinnert von außen eher an eine alte Garage oder einen kleinen Shop. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung.

The apartment is comfortable for a family up to 6. All services are available. The host was super cooperative and reponsive.

For some reason the apartment attracted ants all over the place. Plus, the shower drain was semi-blocked

ménage à revoir ( sac de linge sale , humide et malodorant sous le lit… entre autre .!) et équipements à améliorer . Cours à l arrière bruyante.

Nothing in particular.

There is so much we didn’t like. 01) No clean bed linen (there were marks and stains on it) 02) They had not added the duvet covers and left it for us to do it. 03) The bed was NOT comfortable at all. One side had a bent which was not good for our posture. Seems very old. 04) The heaters were not workings and we were told that it was centralized but we didn’t see any centralized heater in the apartment. There was an A/C fixed And when asked about it they said it was not working and that the municipal council has asked them to keep at 19 degrees. Although they charged us 114 Euro of city tax. No help was provided. 05) the Upstair room was good for short people. No average person can walk freely without knocking their head on the ceiling. Seems like it was a shop storage before that was converted to an apartment. You would think the apartment is upstairs when showed on photos. And they show the outside. But it’s so misleading.
