Camera pulita, di buone dimensioni e con letti comodi. La colazione era abbastanza abbondante e di buona qualità. La posizione della struttura decisamente ottima per visitare la città di Cracovia. Procedure di Check-in e Check-out svolte dagli ospiti in autonomia tramite codici di sblocco inviati dall'host.
Purtroppo c'è stato un problema con il Wifi che non ha funzionato per un giorno. L'assenza di personale con cui parlare di persona ha reso le procedure di ripristino più lente in quanto comunicavamo solamente tramite chat booking (Il telefono fornito non rispondeva). Il problema è cmq stato risolto da un tecnico inviato dai gestori dopo un giorno.

Le mur collé à la machine à café était plein de taches, les oreillers pas dingues, et petit déjeuner cher vu la qualité des produits servis, accueil inexistant ( pas même un bonjour)
