Super lokalizacja, mieszkanie ładne, dobrze wyposażone, bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem, udało się nam zameldować dwie godziny szybciej.
Niektórym może przeszkadzać hałas ze względu na ruchliwą ulicę, jednak nam nie sprawiało to problemu.

Відсутність кондиціонера ( було дуже спекотно в апартаментах), постійний шум трамвая та автомобілів з вулиці, мало кухонного приладдя, потреба в санітарному ремонті( стіни в кухні забруднені ,стеля у санвузлі з цвіллю), не було кондиціонування у санвузлі.
