Lokalizacja na pierwszym piętrze, dojazd windą. Okna od strony dziedzińca gwarantowały ciszę w ciągu dnia i w nocy ( nie budzą Cię tramwaje). Idealna czystość. W pełni sprawne wyposażenie kuchni i łazienki - zgodne z opisem. Blisko do małych sklepów.
